BUILDING INSPECTOR. The City of Clear Lake, Minnesota is accepting proposals for Building Inspection Services for commercial and residential building inspections. The building officials will need to approve building plans for both residential and commercial buildings. The building official will need to review daily plan reviews, license verifications, inspections, and issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.  The building Official will need to coordinate with applicants the inspections that are required. Proposals will need to provide a fee schedule for services provided. The inspector will need to perform all building related code enforcement and if requested the building official will need to attend the City Council meeting when requested. CITYWIDE SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING SERVICES. The City of Monticello is requesting proposals for citywide solid waste and recycling services. CLASSIFICATION & COMPENSATION STUDY. The City of Forest Lake, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study for its employees. The goal of this study is to ensure that the City’s compensation structure is competitive, equitable, aligned with market conditions and industry standards, and to ensure state and federal compliance. This study is expected to review the City of Forest Lake’s classification and compensation plan to ensure an equitable system is in place to compensate employees properly for the services being provided compared to the market and to create consistent titling and recognizable differences between position classifications. The classification system recommended through this study must be a market proven and established methodology for government application. It should be designed such that it facilitates a number of human resource management goals including recruitment, selection, and salary administration in an organized and consistent manner. COMMERCIAL REALTOR SERVICES. The City of Isle Economic Development Authority (EDA) and City of Isle are accepting proposals for commercial realtor services to sell a combination of approximately 136 acres in City of Isle, MN. The purpose of this RFP is to provide an equitable basis for all candidates as well as the evaluation criteria. CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL CANNABIS RETAIL STORE DEVELOPMENT. The City of Fairmont is soliciting proposals from consultants to assist with the potential development of a city-owned and operated cannabis retail store located within city limits. The selected consultant will assist with business planning, facility layout and design, procurement, and preparing application deliverables to meet the State of Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management licensing requirements. GRANT WRITING AND IMPLEMENTATION. The Austin Port Authority, Austin, MN, is seeking qualified environmental services for grant writing and implementation of an EPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant. An EPA Community Wide Assessment grant was utilized to evaluate the future commercial/industrial site for contamination in 2024. The deadline to submit a proposal is July 14, 2025. GSDS FEASIBILITY STUDY. The City of Crookston is seeking proposals for a consultant to conduct a feasibility study for a Ground Source District Energy System (GSDS) in The Woods Addition, in Crookston, Minnesota. The  Geothermal Feasibility Study will include a technical and economic risk analysis of a ground source district energy system compared to a “Business-As-Usual” scenario that would reflect the appropriate conventional approach expected for the development project (e.g., individual buildings with stand-alone HVAC systems). Request for Proposals (RFP) project packet regarding the Ground Source District Energy System (GSDS) in the Woods Addition will be located on the City of Crookston’s website, www.crookston.mn.us. PARK DEVELOPMENT. The City of Elk River is seeking proposals from qualified design firms to assist in the development of a public park beneath the city’s historic water tower, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This project aims to transform a one-quarter acre parcel into a well-designed, accessible park that enhances the surrounding environment while honoring the historical significance of the water tower and explores the history of the community. SAFETY CONSULTANT SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is soliciting proposals from qualified safety consulting firms to provide professional services in the areas of safety training, table-top exercises, and safety program development for City staff. The selected consultant will assist with updating the City’s Safety Manual and conduct relevant safety-related training and exercises over a three-year period beginning Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2028. The City of Oak Park Heights is requesting proposals from qualified companies who are interested in providing contractual Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services.
